Enquiries, bookings and quotations
Sending an enquiry or booking a discovery conversation does not by itself create a contract for a paid service or an obligation to buy. The connected enquiry form, chat and calendar are real services; use them only for genuine requests. A project’s agreed deliverables, responsibilities, price, setup, usage charges and other commercial terms belong in a separate quotation and client agreement before work starts. These website-use terms do not invent cancellation rights, service commitments, payment terms, ownership transfers or limits of liability for a future client contract.
