RAYVEN INFORMATION
Cookie Policy
Clear information about this website and your choices.
Draft for review · 24 October 2026. Operator details are verified. The business address, provider arrangements and external consent configuration must be completed before launch. This draft is not a statement that those arrangements are already in place.
Your privacy choices
Cookies and similar technologies can store or access information on your device. This build starts with optional connected services off. You can reject them and still browse, try the local demonstrations and email RAYVEN. The site does not include its own analytics or advertising tags. Permission for connected services is a technology choice, not permission to receive promotional messages.
Control connected services
Use in the footer at any time to allow or reject connected forms and chat. The first-visit notice gives equally available reject and allow choices. An embed also offers a specific load choice before connecting. Even after permission is stored, the form or chat loads only when you ask to open it. Rejecting does not load a provider. The booking calendar and external form alternative open on the provider’s own website, where its notices and storage controls apply.
What this build stores
| Name / technology | Purpose and lifetime | Choice |
|---|---|---|
rayven.privacy.v1localStorage | Records the policy version, optional connected-services choice, decision time and expiry on this browser. Expires in the site’s logic after 180 days; on your next visit it is discarded and permission is requested again. It can be replaced earlier through Privacy settings or removed in browser settings. No contact details are stored in this record. | Necessary to remember and respect a privacy choice. Stored only after you choose. |
| Page-memory demo state | Fictional CRM filters, example conversations, campaign periods and device views. Resets on reload; no cookie or persistent storage is used by these examples. | Part of the demonstration you request. |
| Locally hosted fonts, images and scripts | Ordinary website assets. A browser may cache files; this build does not assign an advertising identifier through those assets. | Normal page delivery. |
Optional LeadConnector / HighLevel technology
The quote form and chat can load provider code, remote content and browser storage only after you allow connected services and open one of them. This category includes the provider’s service operation and any associated enquiry attribution or visitor/contact recognition; those functions are not classified as strictly necessary for browsing. The downloaded form loader contains localStorage code for embedded_iframe_… (form visit state), _ud and location-specific keys (sticky-contact/visitor data), and sessionStorage UPS (URL attribution parameters). The local browser audit also found provider-created v2_contact_session_…, v2_history_…, v2_session_history_…, lead-connecter-text-widget-input-values v3_first_session_event_…, and a widget prompt-dismissal key associated with the existing account. The chat also set sessionStorage translation-cache and account/widget request-token keys during testing. These support visitor/session history, chat input state, prompt preferences and the requested chat connection. They have no first-party expiry configured by this build and can persist until the provider or browser clears them; the provider’s exact lifetimes remain unverified. The website removes the known keys for this widget when permission is rejected. These are observed keys and capabilities in provider code, not a claim that every key is set on every visit. Exact provider cookie names, durations and features can vary with account configuration, browser controls and provider updates. Cross-origin/HttpOnly cookies cannot be fully inspected or deleted by this website. The account-specific inventory and retention settings still require verification before launch. The safe default is to leave connected services disabled. See HighLevel’s published cookie information for its general provider information, which is not an inventory of this particular RAYVEN embed.
Changing or withdrawing permission
Saving a rejection stops future embed loads. If a provider has already loaded, the site removes known form-loader storage keys it can identify on this origin and reloads the page so the provider code is no longer running. It cannot recall information already sent, delete server-side records, or guarantee deletion of provider-domain cookies, HttpOnly cookies or unrecognised provider storage. You can remove those using your browser’s site-data controls; contact RAYVEN for requests about submitted information. A stored allow choice expires after 180 days; if storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page and defaults back to off on navigation. If you open separate tabs, a stored withdrawal also reloads tabs that already loaded the provider when the browser delivers the storage-change event.
Scope and contact
This draft describes the supplied static build and the inspected form-loader source. It does not claim that Netlify, a live domain or a provider account has been fully audited. New analytics, advertising or other optional technology must be assessed, disclosed and blocked until the appropriate permission before being added. Questions or withdrawal requests: conor@rayvendigital.com. Read the Privacy Policy for data-controller details and rights.
